We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders within the United States:

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have special shipping requirements, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the "Order History" section
  2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
  3. Click on "Return Items" and follow the instructions
  4. Print the prepaid return shipping label (if applicable)
  5. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible
  6. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
  7. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location

Return Shipping

For standard returns, a flat return shipping fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time and availability of your preferred item.
